The hotel was a magnificent old palace which is still spectacular today. As you walk in you see the stunning entrance hall. And the rest of the hotel is just as fabulous. The one thing that sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. Nothing is to much trouble for anyone. But I would like to give a special thank you to Abdellah the bell boy who we got to now very well and was very knowledgeable, kind and a great help to us both.He is a true credit to the hotel.

The whole atmosphere was amazing from start to finish - staff were so attentive to your every need. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are very well designed as is the hotel itself, feels like a home during your stay.

Palacio Can Marques is a lovely hotel in a great location in the middle of Palma old town a short walk from the cathedral. The staff are excellent and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is great and the Sunday brunch is not to be missed.

The Hotel is quite stunning. We stayed for one night after our Honeymoon in Puerto Pollensa and it far exceeded our expectations. The staff are superb and should be commended for their warmth, skill and professionalism. Jope and Carlos were great on arrival and made us feel very welcome. We ate at the Beatnick restaurant which is attached to the hotel and it was beautiful, staff were amazing.

The building is stunningly lovely, a true Palace and yet somehow human scale, welcoming. The garden/breakfast/outside courtyard is amazing. The location, very near to premium shopping, great restaurants, the Cathedral and the marina is unbeatable. The rooms are huge, peaceful and beautifully appointed, the public areas make you want to use them rather than just look... Staff staff staff staff staff!!! It's a tricky job to be welcoming and deliver a really high service level without going too far, PCM staff managed the balance so well, and in such a natural and genuine way you made our stay really special, you are truly world class thank you 😀.

Beautiful interior, thoughtfully designed and very well appointed comfortable rooms. The desk/concierge staff was kind, professional and very helpful. Miriam had been a great help managing logistics details during our stay.

everything, staff and hotel were amazing. we enjoyed the service and the welcoming. communication was excellent and the room was very good, better than expected.
